Construction Management:
Manage the work plan and allocate work to contractors, consultants, and more. We also check the design given by the contractors.
Quality Control & Safety Management
Ensure the quality of the construction materials and develop a testing procedure to ensure the quality standards.
Change Management
Evaluate the extra construction materials claimed by the contractors
Project Completion
Submitting final project report to the clients with a detailed list of budgets, materials used, renting tools and equipment, transportation, maintenance charge, and more!
